2. Purpose of Service
SkyAid helps air travelers process compensation claims under EU261, UK261, and the Montreal Convention. We offer automated claim eligibility tools, user accounts, and legal templates for self-filing.
3. Proprietary Data and Content
All data displayed, including flight disruption datasets, compensation estimates, and visual dashboards, are proprietary to SkyAid.
You may not:
- Copy, scrape, or redistribute our flight data or claim content
- Use bots or automated tools to extract information
- Reuse SkyAid branding, language, or calculations without permission

4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords. One account per individual is allowed. You may only access data related to your own claims or bookings.
5. Third-Party Integrations (Google)
SkyAid integrates with services like Google Vision API to scan receipts and documents. All data processing is done securely, and no sensitive information is shared with third parties beyond what is required to process your claims.
By using SkyAid, you also agree to the terms of those providers (e.g. Google Privacy Policy).
6. No Legal Guarantee
While we provide automated tools and documentation to support compensation claims, we do not act as your lawyer. SkyAid is not liable for airline decisions, rejections, or delays. We offer tools, not guarantees.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SkyAid at any time, particularly if there is suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of SkyAid means you accept any changes.
9. Security and Performance (Cloudflare)
SkyAid uses Cloudflare to secure and accelerate our website. Your IP address and browser-level data may be processed temporarily by Cloudflare to prevent attacks, enable SSL, and improve performance. This data is not stored by SkyAid.
